Richard Lynch is the founder and managing director of The Marketing Clinic. Richard manages client relationships and oversees all practical aspects of research, strategic planning and the delivery of PR and marketing campaigns. He is a former director of business development at Paver Smith & Co and has worked in senior communications roles for local government and the NHS Educated to Masters Degree level (Marketing Management), Richard is a qualified Chartered Marketer and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Chartered Institute of Public Relations. Richard's sector specialties include Health and SMEs.

 

Elaine Willcox is an award-winning broadcast journalist who has reported on some of the biggest stories for BBC, ITN, GMTV and Granada. During her career, Elaine has received numerous accolades for her news reporting including three Royal Television Society awards, the New York Film Festival Broadcast Silver Medal, an Amnesty International Commendation award and the coveted BAFTA for outstanding news coverage. Elaine produces the company's video news releases and delivers client media training.

 

Ben Evans is an editor and writer with 20 years of experience across many areas of publishing, including the fields of sport, business and leisure. After a successful career in newspaper journalism, Ben has gone on to edit and publish magazines and has extensive copywriting and PR experience. He has represented a portfolio of blue-chip companies and national governing bodies in the communications field.

 

Denise Mullen has spent 20 years as a public relations professional. Originally a daily tabloid newspaper journalist and former news editor of the Liverpool Daily Post, she is also an occasional feature writer for the Manchester Evening News. Her early PR career started with Manchester agency Staniforth, as a group account director, working on consumer business in the food, travel and FMCG sectors before moving to Harrison Cowley (now Tri Media Harrison Cowley) where she became MD of the Manchester agency. In 2003 Denise left Harrison Cowley to set up Stripe Communications in Manchester, which was incorporated in to Paver Smith in 2009. Denise now works as an independent PR consultant advising blue chip clients.

 

Paul Rignall is an award-winning graphic designer with a flair for creating innovative and highly effective marketing communications materials. Paul is an experienced design communicator who has successfully run a Graphic Design business for the last 20 years. Paul works with The Marketing Clinic to bring to life creative treatments from concept designs to delivery of printed materials.
