Building a Side Hustle Business?

We understand this completely as we have done this ourselves!

You have the idea and the energy but marketing is not your core skill. It is very hard to navigate what you need to get in place for this brilliant idea of yours to launch.

We have worked with a few Founders on their side hustles - the side business you are setting up whilst still working full time/part time - and yes it is quite hard, and certainly time consuming, but what ALL our clients have said after working with us is that 'It would have taken me ages to do all this?!, I had no idea!' - and this is from people who had a good inkling of what to do!

This is what generally happens:

• "Set up website - Which platform? these templates aren't "me", and what's SEO again?

• Set up social media - But why can't I post the same thing on every platform?

• What sales strategy? So many strategies, seriously?!

• Campaign calendar? huh?

• I register my name where? and I need what legal requirements?

• I haven't used AI yet - the whole thing scares me

• Sigh. I realise I am a bit crap at Canva.

• My camera is quite good! so why I can't I take photos like THAT??

• How many apps do I need to subscribe too to get all this done? meep!?

• What do you mean 'brand sound'?"

"Oh dammit. This is so much harder than I thought. "

"Do I find lots of different people to help with this? where do I start with THAT?"

Both of us have had our own side hustles for about 20 years each and have had to learn every inch of how it all works and what it takes to launch a micro-business. Not everyone is after 25% growth year on year (ok, that would be nice), some would just like an income that provides further stability and keeps teenagers in large trainers. Either way, you have reached a point where the day salary doesn't expand when you need it.

So perhaps this is where you are right now. You have a good idea. You have the motivation to get going. You have realised that MARKETING TAKES UP SO MUCH TIME OH MY GOD and you need someone to step in and organise it all so you can concentrate on networking and planning the product/the service or offering.
